Shake Rising is a transformational movement practice that aims to fuel our liberation. The movement practice is comprised of fitness, dance, and energy work.
We use the energy body as a guide and we hold three clear intentions - as a road map to that liberation.
Our three intentions are to activate our life force energy through our attention, reprogram our subconscious mind through repetitive affirmations, and regulate our nervous system through full body shaking.
We will empower ourselves & each other by using affirmations for each energy center, movement, shaking, and dance as we work from the root to the crown energy centers. The room is set with fun & low lighting to represent the energy centers and mirror work is encouraged. This is a space to move freely in, regulate our nervous systems, and practice self liberation.
The Shake Rising philosophy is rich and science backed, and the practice itself is facilitated in an exhilarating and truly fun manor that invokes the unseen Divinity in us all.
In honor of our liberation, there is no wrong way to practice. Ellisa will lead guided movement with structure, however, your freedom within that is highly encouraged.
