Flow into Sound
~A practice to raise your Vibrational health

We have within ourselves the power and possibility to create an environment that enhances the probability of health & happiness by bringing more harmony and intention into our lives. If we can raise & enhance our internal vibration, we can create a situation that reflects back a more positive experience of life. Moving our bodies in an environment of peace, love and healing will set us on the path to vibrational health in 2025.
LeeAnn and Hadley have created this practice to help you raise your vibration and land in a place where your heart sings. This 90 minute practice will be a combination of vinyasa flow yoga, pranayama, and sound healing.

Morning Sound Journey
*All proceeds of this class will go to the Hatteras Island Food Pantry.
Step Away from the constant activity of island life and drop into a state of deep ease and relaxation. The Space invites you to experience a full body immersive sound meditation that will leave you feeling connected to your inner knowing, restored and energized.
The sounds introduced during a Sound Journey are an invitation into a deeper state of consciousness, an opportunity to unplug from external stimuli and to gain perspective on what’s going on within you. The goal of the experience is to invite deep relaxation and self-discovery.
A Sound Journey is a deeply-immersive, full-body listening experience that intentionally uses sound to invite gentle yet powerful therapeutic and restorative processes to NURTURE YOUR MIND AND BODY.
What to expect-
The experience begins with each person lying down (mats and bolsters provided). After a few minutes of guided focus on the breath, the remainder of the experience is filled with different sounds and frequencies being introduced in succession. The intention is to find ease within one self, restoration and rejuvenation. The resonant frequencies of a sound journey are meant to reduce stress, decrease pain in the body and increase energy, along with other healing benefits. LeeAnn recommends bringing a blanket, and dressing in warm comfortable layers, your body temperature will drop when you enter a slower brain wave state. The Sound Journey is approximately 60 minutes long, and the group will have a few minutes to integrate their experience.

A mixed movement class inspired by Yoga, Pilates, & Barre. All accessories provided.
We find our fire & our flow through small movements to bring big results though our practice.
At certain points in the class we will be moving with the beat and temp of the music, and at others we will find our personal flow through the movement.
Let’s move together in our strength and empowerment while sharing energy in a fun and supportive environment. I can’t wait to move with you all!

Or as us locals call it… HOT HUMAN SATURDAY! Everyone is welcome <3 & I will say that this spicy class has the potential for the ultimate move & groove vibe. This super fun pop-up has become a staple at The Space. This night at The Space consists of a hybrid class of Barre and sculpting exercises during the first part of the class followed by Hip Hop inspired dance cardio. Let’s have a fun time together while getting a great workout!
*Option to stay after for a birthday hang (Ellisa turns 34 on the 20th- so Paige & Molly are putting together a gathering after class <3)

Mountains to Sea Live Music Yoga Fundraiser
Join Ellisa & Eli for a Live Music Yoga Class to benefit relief efforts in Western NC after hurricane Helene. This region and its people are near and dear to our hearts, and we look forward to joining together as a community to help one another. The funds raised by this event will be donated to BeLoved Asheville.
North Carolina is especially blessed to be made up of resilient people and land from the mountains in the west all the way to the sea in the east. We are all connected as one whole, and challenges like Helene make this even clearer. This class will consist of poses and music that represent both of these natural elements- with strong poses and banjo music to represent the power and sturdiness of the mountains, as well a gentle restorative flow to represent the healing elements of the sea.
*Pre sign-up is required ~ $20 per person ~ if you feel compelled to donate more you can do so during sign up, or bring cash or venmo.

Let's have a good old time at this fun pop-up class! Half of the class will be a sculpt workout and the other half will be fun country style dance cardio with some line dances in the mix! Yee haw y'all!

Vinyasa & Vibes Yoga
Start your day raising your vibration while moving in your fire & flow in this all-level Vinyasa-style yoga class. We will start with a grounding mat practice, connecting to our breath while warming up our bodies for flow. We will then move into an intuitive flow practice and yoga sculpting moves while breathing into each movement with strength and openness and finish with grounding poses and savasana.
When we open ourselves up to becoming more flexible in our bodies, minds, spirits, and life- that is when the change happens and I can’t wait to move with you all in that flow to vibey and powerful music.
