This yoga practice is a call to presence. A safe container that provides permission to press pause and ground into the center into our being. Leading with curiosity as we explore our edges. Feeling into the softness, slowness, spaciousness as we steady the mind and soothe our whole system. Cultivating connection between body, mind, and spirit. Allowing any release of holding with each exhale. Welcoming acceptance of being, rather than doing. Noticing what is alive inside with loving awareness to reveal the wisdom from within.
In class, we will explore the balance of effort and ease, movement and stillness, awareness of breath, and attention and intention. In the business of our everyday lives, this pocket of time will be rooted in creating space for transformation and growth to take place. Not just in physical form, but mentally, emotionally, spiritually, energetically, and beyond.
It is our birthright to feel good. As so, may this class serve as an opportunity to return home to our hearts and remember who we are at our core. Moving mindfully in each moment and meeting ourselves where we’re at each time we show up to the mat.
Bhagavate Vasudevaya = Love is Practice.
