We will explore a variety of yoga poses and styles including gentle Vinyasa, Hatha, and Yin Poses along with, breath-work, and somatic movement to retrain habitual tension patterns and improve the mind-body connection. These practices have the potential in aiding our nervous system regulation and stress reduction.

All props are provided, all you need to do is show up for yourself & your nervous system.

This class is with Ellisa who is a certified yoga instructor, and is also certified in Pain Reprocessing Therapy. She has studied the nervous system & brain-body connection and hopes that we can all find freedom by moving energy through the body.
