Vinyasa & Vibes Yoga

Start your day raising your vibration while moving in your fire & flow in this all-level Vinyasa-style yoga class. We will start with a grounding mat practice, connecting to our breath while warming up our bodies for flow. We will then move into an intuitive flow practice and yoga sculpting moves while breathing into each movement with strength and openness and finish with grounding poses and savasana.

When we open ourselves up to becoming more flexible in our bodies, minds, spirits, and life- that is when the change happens and I can’t wait to move with you all in that flow to vibey and powerful music.
