Morning Sound Journey

Step Away from the constant activity of island life and drop into a state of deep ease and relaxation. The Space invites you to experience a full body immersive sound meditation that will leave you feeling connected to your inner knowing, restored and energized.
The sounds introduced during a Sound Journey are an invitation into a deeper state of consciousness, an opportunity to unplug from external stimuli and to gain perspective on what’s going on within you. The goal of the experience is to invite deep relaxation and self-discovery.
A Sound Journey is a deeply-immersive, full-body listening experience that intentionally uses sound to invite gentle yet powerful therapeutic and restorative processes to NURTURE YOUR MIND AND BODY.
What to expect-
The experience begins with each person lying down (mats and bolsters provided). After a few minutes of guided focus on the breath, the remainder of the experience is filled with different sounds and frequencies being introduced in succession. The intention is to find ease within one self, restoration and rejuvenation. The resonant frequencies of a sound journey are meant to reduce stress, decrease pain in the body and increase energy, along with other healing benefits. LeeAnn recommends bringing a blanket, and dressing in warm comfortable layers, your body temperature will drop when you enter a slower brain wave state. The Sound Journey is approximately 60 minutes long, and the group will have a few minutes to integrate their experience.
